Do you provide beverage service?
The Sun House Restaurant offers an outstanding wine list and full service bars. Consult your event coordinator for selections and pricing.
Do you offer a children’s menu?
The Sun House Restaurant offers special selections and prices for our children 12 years of age and under. Your event coordinator will assist with these selections.
Can we have our wedding ceremony on the beach and is there any special permitting required?
Across the street is public beach access, which does not require any permitting, however, you may not have alcohol, fire or fire arms on the beach.
Can we use chairs or arches on the beach?
Yes, however, you take full responsibility for placing and removing the items used on the beach.
Do you provide chairs or arches for the beach?
We have 10 padded chairs and an undecorated arch that is available as a courtesy to you at no cost; however, you are responsible for taking the items over to the beach and returning them undamaged to the restaurant. These items must be reserved in advance and may not be available based on other reservations. The damage clause in your contract will apply to these items and a deposit is required.
Are we limited to only the selections listed in the Dinner menu?
We are happy to customize your menu to suit your individual taste.
Can you make suggestions for photographer, florist, wedding cakes, etc.?

What time will the room be available?
The room will typically be available four hours prior to your event. However, this may change due to other events. We will finalize this with you prior to your event.
Do you provide china, silver, table, chairs, and linen?
We do provide china, silver, tables, white linen and chairs at no additional charge. Specialty linen, or chair cover rentals can be arranged based on the request.
What size groups can you hold?
The Sunset Room within the restaurant can hold a maximum of 73 people for a seated event, with no additional room for music or buffet tables. The Mira Mar Room adjacent to The Sun House (at Bridgewalk, a landmark resort) can hold a maximum of 55 people for a seated event.
